Maintenance Supervisor
- Assigns and oversees the work of 4 custodians and 4 maintenance staff members
- Patrols and inspects all areas of campus buildings and grounds to determine cleaning and maintenance needs
- Communicates directly with Head of School regarding maintenance needs
- Greets and accompanies all contracted workers who enter campus and reports work progress to Head of School
- Maintains current training needs and plans for 8 employees under his/her supervision
- Maintains and makes available to staff members all Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used in carrying out cleaning and maintenance
- Coordinates with Business Office to order and receive all products needed by maintenance staff
- Other relevant tasks assigned by the Head of School
