Invoicing Clerk/Customer Service Position Overview:
- Answer customer phone calls in a courteous manner
- Assist ALL customers in a courteous manner
- Create sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
- Additional responsibilities to be discussed
Requirements:
- MUST have some Customer Service experience.
- Experience using Mas90/Sage100 preferred but not required.
- MUST be responsible and detail oriented.
- MUST be able to work fast and accurately
- MUST have a flexible schedule and be willing to work on Saturdays.
- MUST be able to transition to a Full Time employee at a later date
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Whatsapp web
- Experience in customer service or wholesale preferred
- Fast learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to multitask and work independently
- Must be able to type at a average or fast speed (35-40+wpm)
- Must have a Guam Drivers License and reliable transportation
