We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Travel Coordinator position to book travel from home! We have an amazing opportunity to build dream vacations and business travel with major vendors such as Expedia, Disney, Universal, Carnival Cruises, Sandals, Delta and many more online! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning.
No experience necessary, training is provided
Work Part-Time or Full-Time
Computer or smart phone required with internet access
Travel Perks (discounted or free travel)
Must be 18 years old
USA and Mexico residents preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Arrange Travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings and more
Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
