Located North of Boston, Massachusetts, Northeast Arc is a human services agency dedicated to empowering people with intellectual, physical, developmental or autism disabilities to reach their full potential.
Position Summary: To provide quality direct care and support to individuals in residential or day programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides individuals with opportunities for growth including learning new skills and increasing independence.
Assists individuals with daily activities. As needed, provides assistance with all aspects of personal care including toileting, bathing, and feeding.
Promotes and maintains a safe environment.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Valid driver’s license is required
Candidates must be comfortable with providing personal care.
High School diploma or GED required.
Pay: $14.50 -$16.50 per hour
Schedule: (40 hrs.) day, night, and weekend shifts available.
