Recently-relocated, caring family seeks a proactive, energetic House Manager to help with general day-to-day tasks of family life and operation of two residences. One residence will be undergoing renovation and this job will require an organized person to manage many aspects of the project. Family has two children, ages 6 and 9, an executive husband and a mom going back to work.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing range day-to-day support to all family members. This includes running personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and pharmacy pickups

- Completing administrative work pertaining to running two households. This includes coordination and management of household repairs, often with outside vendors

- Supporting the family as they settle into new life. This includes help finding doctors and booking appointments, and help navigating Puerto Rican government services

- Maintaining registrations, inspections, and maintenance of family cars

- Handling specific projects such as parties or dinners

- Overseeing personal family travel arrangements and support plans for guests who may visit

- Providing light childcare such as picking children up from school and managing schedules

- Other miscellaneous duties to ensure households and family life run smoothly, as directed

Requirements:

- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Organized, creative, dependable and solution-savvy multitasker. Resources and connections for getting the job done in PR a plus

- At least 3-years experience in a similar role

- Must be disciplined and able to keep vendors on schedule and on track

- Upbeat, flexible team player who is supportive with other employees working for the family, and a willingness to step into other roles to cover as needed

- Takes feedback gracefully

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- High degree of professionalism and ability to work independently

- Punctual and reliable

- Understands the importance of discretion

- Reliable transportation

- Computer and internet savvy

- Must pass a background check

Schedule Details: 20 hours/week guaranteed between Monday “ Friday 9:00am “ 5:00pm (days/hours will vary depending on family needs); some additional hours (up to 40) may be requested on occasion
