Job Description

Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Province of British Columbia and the Yukon Territory in Western Canada. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced sales manager to support and drive the growth of both Red Wing Shoe Stores and branded accounts in Canada.

The purpose of this role is todevelop and implement sales strategies that effectively optimize distribution, maximize sales and profitability, develop and retain key customer relationships and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct footwear sales; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce is preferred.

Candidates must have experience in developing sales strategies and plans; Building and maintaining strong customer relationships; Account management; Developing opportunities and closing new business; Growing existing accounts in a premium product sector.

Candidates must have knowledge of retail store management practices; Skill in the ability to demonstrate results-orientated goals; An analytical mindset for forecasting, budgeting, consumer-selling, and territory analysis; Effective communications skills with the ability to leverage written, verbal, and presentation methods to successfully interact with a range of audiences. Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including use of Power BI.

Candidates may have to travel frequently. This role will represent the British Columbia and Yukon Territory regions, but may reside in the United States and work in a mobile environment.
