The Controller will conduct and coordinate a variety of business activities relating to employees, customers, suppliers, auditors, banks, regulatory agencies and other relevant individuals. This accounting professional will work with other employees to maintain and improve a variety of accounting related systems and procedures including payables, collections, cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting and analysis.

Continuously exhibit strong attention to detail.

Prepare and coordinate the annual budget at the corporate level.

Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses/solutions to corporate financial concerns (labor, cash, spending, etc.)

Actively execute methods to support strong internal controls via audits and ongoing process assessments.

Support and perform monthly forecast process as required.

Assist in preparation of capital appropriations requests; ensuring adherence to procedures.

Accurately maintain and execute the balance sheet, account reconciliation, and asset recording/booking and depreciation.

Bachelors degree in accounting, financial management or other business related discipline.

3 or more years of progressive financial management/balance sheet experience.

High level of computer literacy (Accpac, Sales Force, MS Suite,).

Experience with multi-site operations.
