St. Thomas Restaurant Group is currently seeking a strong, experienced Assistant General Manager for Pesce/Raw/Agave!
We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. The qualities that will make this person successful in this role are: scrupulous attention to detail with a "get things done" attitude; highly focused and organized; ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful situations; strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service, and wine knowledge.
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in all foodservice operations including guest relations, staff development and supervision, quality control, general cleanliness and overall efficiency of Front of the House operations. The person in this role also reacts to directives from the General Manager in a professional, supportive and timely manner. Implements processes and procedures accordingly.
This is a full-time salaried position, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card, requiring 50 hours/week. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
Previous success in similar role at a fine dining establishment highly desired.
