We are looking for solid FOH bar staff in SXM. We are highly ranked on TripAdvisor and it's mainly from the great staff. We had two locations until the bitch hit the island, now we are doubling down on the remaining location. The bar has a dive atmosphere and is on on the water. We have the only craft beer on island, good bar food, live music occasionally, pour your own happy hour, and get crazy busy during the season. We are also opening a different QSR concept next door. SXM is reasonably priced and easy to get around. We have a small staff and typically run one at the bar, one to two on the floor, and one in the kitchen so you need to be able to handle stress and hustle. You would typically work 4-6 shifts a week with plenty of time off to explore. This isn't a place to get rich but you can have a great life. You must have current experience, not you used to wait tables in college. You should be able to hustle, chat up the punters, keep your shit straight, be reliable, and not be too much of a drunk.
