Margaritaville Restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager!
The right individual will need the following qualities; attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, the ability to hold people accountable to our standards, great communication skills, leads by example, and the ability to motivate their team. The candidate must have prior restaurant experience.
This is a full-time salaried position, offering health insurance, a monthly dining allowance, two weeks of vacation a year, and discounts allowance on retail items. This position will require 50 hours/week, working weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. Salary is commensurate with candidates experience.
