Houseman Job Description:
Hotel housemen perform a number of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Hotel housemen work behind the scenes, maintaining and cleaning the hotel. They help housekeepers, clean hallways, take out trash and clean other parts of the hotel, such as its floors and doorways, deep cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, cleaning out gutters, pressure washing of floors and ceilings, mattress rotation, etc.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis, long hours of standing, lifting, pulling, bending, and climbing ladders.
