Responsibilities
You will establish filing procedures and supports the Department's records manager to ensure files are properly maintained.
You will prepare directives and correspondence, and provide advice and training on correct formats and procedures pertaining to the administrative functions of the Department.
You will follow procedures when routing all correspondence to the appropriate principals within the center, including routing items to the front office staff when signature and/or approval is required from Center or Department leadership.
You will review organization policies and procedures to remain knowledgeable of any changes and/or updates.
