PRIME HOSPITALITY VI is looking for a qualified assistant to help with day to day operations. We are quickly expanding and need someone with great energy to join our team. Duties would include but are not limited to:
Gathering Employee paperwork
Ordering - Smallwares, t shirts, etc
Coordinating off island shipping
Menu submission and drop off / pick up
Marketing follow up (contracts, due dates etc)
Fielding phone calls and directing them to appropriate team member
Reservations
Social media monitoring
Microsoft skills are a must including outlook. We also have an opportunity for this position to work a couple nights a week in the steakhouse PRIME as a hostess for additional money.
