Looking for a handyman/caretaker to oversee a high end estate on St. Thomas, USVI. Responsibilities include receiving vendors on property, daily inspection of the property to include, but not limited to, the cisterns, appliances, generators, and landscaping, contacting vendors when necessary, and forwarding invoices to owner. Candidate will also be responsible for managing interior housekeeping staff, pool maintenance staff, landscapers, and outside contractors. Candidate will also be responsible for running basic errands for both the property and property owner's corporate office. Candidate must be forward thinking, organized, detail oriented, have a background in general household operations, and be willing to be very hands on. Confidentiality and good communication skills are also important. Candidate will be asked to live on property full time.
