Looking for an experienced property inspector to verify occupancy on properties. will train the right person to take over operations. Current Inspector leaving to the main land. Must have a vehicle, up to date smartphone, internet access, and good customer service. All work will be done out in the field through an APP on the smartphone. Some jobs will drive by verify occupancy while others you may have contact with the debtor. We perform no contact, contact, Insurance Loss inspections throughout the island. Pay is through Direct Deposit Banco Popular bi-weekly on completed inspections. Must pass a background check. Serious and experienced only apply. Part-time, $2k + per month
