POSITION SUMMARY:
The Welder / Fabricator will repair, paint, and perform maintenance tasks on containers (bins), roll-off boxes, and heavy equipment. The Welder / Fabricator is also expected to complete special projects upon request.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs repairs and maintenance on containers (bins), roll-off boxes, and heavy equipment
2. Welds, cuts, and fabricates steel and aluminum components
3. Fabricating steel components for containers, roll-off boxes, and equipment
4. Painting containers (bins) and roll-off boxes
5. Following all safety policies and procedures
6. Installing company and safety decals on roll-off boxes
SECONDARY POSITION TASKS:
A. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education level:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
B. Level of experience in a related field:
1. 1+ years of welding experience
2. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
C. Certifications and Licenses:
1. Welder Certificate
