The Accountant will possess an understanding of financial accounting standards and procedures. The individual in this position will apply their knowledge to properly oversee all financial transactions at the Corporate level.
Tasks: Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple locations Provide financial direction/support to shop managers/core management teams Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with location costs and inventory valuation Prepare various financial models, as appropriate; prepare and review various account reconciliations Understand all areas of accounting Review monthly WIP calculation Represent Accounting on teams designed to improve operations, reduce costs, eliminate error, etc. Reconcile bank accounts Grasp job costing and apply concepts Perform other related duties as assigned Reconcile customer portals Skills: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral format. Meet all deadlines throughout the month and during month end Work well with members of the accounting team Communicate effectively in written and oral format; Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting Familiarity with accounting information systems, Background and Drug Screen required, immediate fill position.
