We are recruiting quality Level III Commissioned Security Officers and Level II Security Officers that support our client’s private security mission and goals in the Abilene Area.
Security Officer Qualifications & Requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or GED and meet state requirements for a licensed private security officer.
You must have a current private security guard license and maintain the license as required.
A successful background check and a drug screen is a requirement.
As a security officer you should have the capability of being able to handle and resolve crisis and stressful security situations while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
You must be able to:
- Observe, report, and follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicate status and situations with managers and clients
- Produce incident reports
- Interact with individuals in a respectful and professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Work with other security officers, law enforcement, managers and the general public
- Complete a variety of security tasks in environments that can include inclement weather
- Climb stairs, walk up and down ramps, bridgeways and use elevators
- Guard and patrol indoor and/or outdoor areas
- Occasionally carry and/or lift with requirements of 25 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
