Job Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Addison, TX Job Summary:In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. You will coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. You will guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices and develops their understanding of Agile principles. You will act as the technical lead and consultant for development initiatives, including communication and coordination with the impacted business areas, Security and IT. Responsibilities: Schedules, facilitates and coaches Agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and PI Planning). Facilitates the creation and adoption of working agreements and definitions of ready / definition of done, including use of appropriate tools, standards and best practices. Helps to remove or facilitate removal of impediments the team cannot resolve on their own. Builds and develops a high-performance team. Requirements: SAFE-Scaled Agile Framework Experience (Does not need a SAFE Cert but it helps.
