We are looking for a Digital Applications Tech Lead who will be part of a digital technology revolution at one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the country. You will be part of the CTO organization, driving innovation and delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- You will lead technical teams to delivery web & mobile solutions
- You will collaborate with architecture and security teams to define standards and best practices
- You will translate business roadmap into integrated technical solutions aligned with underlying cross-functional engineering teams
- You will communicate effectively, and with an appropriate level of detail, to all levels in the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
- 7+ years of full-stack development of Web and/or Mobile apps
- 2+ years managing or leading technical resources
- Proficiency with the following technologies: .NET and/or Spring Boot frameworks, C# and/or Java, Angular, SQL Server, RabbitMQ or Kafka, Swagger Docs, etc
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology/concepts
- Experience with DevOps tools preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical
