Position: SeniorSoftware Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX

Term:12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Minimum 5+ Years of strong Development experience in Java/JavaEE , SPRING ,Micro services and SOAP/RESTful Web Services
Very good knowledge and strong experience in developing applications using SpringMVC, SpringBoot on server-side applications
Knowledge and experience in using IBM Integration Designer (IID)/WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) and very good knowledge on building BPEL & Mediations flows.
Experience in implementing integration using JMS, MQ, Adapters etc SOA and Web Services / API design, development, and testing experience (SOAP and RESTful services)
Solid understanding of Data transformation and Troubleshooting Application platforms - WebSphere Application Server Database platforms - Oracle
Strong experience in Java JEE, EJB, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, JDBC, SQL, Messaging Queue (MQ), XML technologies
Working experience on Agile/Devops adoption & adherence
Strong at system architecture design and development
Understanding of Cloud concepts, experience with Cloud hosted applications is huge advantage
Co-ordinating and working with offshore in development of services
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
