Job Description:Position not myWork eligible, can be located on-site in one of the following:Brea , CA; Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Newark, DE; Addison, TXLine of Business Description: Role will lead Market Engagement work within the Estate Servicing Operations (ESO) segment within the Life and Specialty Servicing (L&SS) division. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manages overall improvement of internal and external partners.

Leading line of business-wide, cross functional, high impact initiatives to analyze incoming volumes/trends and translate into business strategies and tactics.

Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.

Serve as primary contact to Executive management for critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting.

Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Highly visible role.

Assists in achieving broad goals supporting the Life Priorities work.

Delivery of results, risk management and strategy development.

Enterprise Description: Manages a portfolio/ programs specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant and strategic impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Responsible for enterprise and/or line of business-wide, cross functional, high impact strategic initiatives by ensuring delivery of business outcomes from portfolio investments. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Responsibility for staff and budget. May serve as primary contact to Executive management for critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Assists in achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy. Responsible for results delivery, risk management and strategy development. May or may not manage employees. Significant experience with managing large diverse programs and projects. Typically 5+ plus years of program management experience.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

2+ years experience working in or with financial centers

Ability to analyze business data (complaints, call center, etc) and translate into business strategies and tactics

Leverages relationships with organizational leaders and executives to improve market engagement internally and externally

Integrates with lines of business and channel process leaders to implement process improvement activities

Familiar with working with external parties such as outside counsel, judicial surrogates, tax authorities, etc

Experience establishing employee and leader development activities or material to improve engagement

Strong written and verbal communication

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher and/or equivalent work experience.

Strong Risk awareness, including Operational, Compliance, and Reputational Risk

Previous retail banking or consumer call center experience

Awareness of Six Sigma/Lean practices and change management preferred

Familiarity with Life and Specialty Servicing (L&SS) and/or tools

Experience with Estate Servicing Operations (ESO) desired
