Quality Assurance Manager Automation Full-time, Hybrid/onsite 2 days per week Dallas, TX Salary commensurate with experience Our client, a national leader in providing healthcare to communities across America, is seeking a QA Manager with experience leading department transformation from manual to automated testing, experience ushering in Agile is helpful, and assisting with moving from legacy applications to #C/.NET. In this role you will be working closely with the Director of Application Development as you bring the QA team up to speed with using an automated test platform, transition to Agile, and work with the development teams as they update existing legacy applications to .NET framework. Must haves:- Experience managing QA teams and driving the transformation from manual testing to automated testing. They do Manual and Automated test for PowerBuilder & .NET applications. Some Java, but not tons.
- Experience using Automated QA platforms that are used primarily for Microsoft .NET based applications (Client is moving from PowerBuilder to .NET). They use TestComplete, but QTP, UFT and NeoLoad are Microsoft based tools. Selenium experience could be considered, because it's an QA automation tool, but it's really Java driven, so not as close of a fit.
- Agile, DevOps experience creating CI/CD pipelines. Client is in the process of moving to Agile, but is really still Waterfall for most development.
- Performance Testing experience.
