Salesforce Project Manager12+ month contract100% Remote
The purpose of the Salesforce Project Manager role is to oversee, organize and coordinate the delivery of projects developed on various Salesforce platforms that enable extraordinary experiences. They do so by working with end users to translate business goals into detailed requirements and then with Salesforce Admins, end users and other technology partners to ensure those requirements are developed into high quality functional deliverables. They are also responsible for understanding business needs, marshalling required resources, planning extensively, planning some more, and then managing delivery. This role is expected to undertake moderate to complex work, with limited direct guidance. Responsibilities:Collaborate with all stakeholders to translate business needs into documented detailed technology delivery requirements with clear scope, schedule, budget, and quality targetsDrive day-to-day delivery of outcomes in partnership with functional teams, leveraging clear project roles and project management best practices, including controlled processes for change, issues, and reportingWork closely with Salesforce Admins and stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements and user stories so the team has everything needed to take actionAssist with identifying issues with the Salesforce applications and track resolution with the Salesforce Admins, system integrator vendors and stakeholder teamsQualifications:Associate's Degree required4+ years in a Project Management role2+ years Salesforce platform components, including Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Service Cloud, High Velocity Sales, Marketing Cloud and LightningStrong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams (including matrixed team members and responsibility for the efforts of others), attention to detail, and organizational skills.
