Job Description Build/maintain SCCM (MECM) Task Sequences for OSD Experiencing applying policies/settings for Windows/Mac devices via Intune Support and deploy applications using SCCM(MECM) and Intune. Experience in building/reading Powershell scriptsWork on Incidents and Task using Service Now Troubleshooting issues in virtual desktops. Good Knowledge in Win10, O365, MS Teams, and basic support Able to create quality documentation and KB articles Support remote users. Experience in Tier 3 support.
