Job Description:
Pega CSSA Supporting the Claims EPIC Application for processing customer claims for debit products. Role is a senior position, requiring strong technical and analytical skills. Should be a strong communicator able to directly interface with the LOB and senior stakeholders. Troubleshooting skills are required, as this role will encompass both development and support. Required Skills- At least of 10+ years of experience in developing the Enterprise BPM applications using PEGA 7.1 or later. Should have implementation experience in Web based applications with integrations with multiple technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Should be able to work with minimum supervision following the best practices.
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong experience with Pega deployment mechanisms
- Packaging and Deployment.
- Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are met.
- Performance Tuning/Scaling
- Inbound and Outbound Integration via Web Services, Middleware and other interfaces
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Fluency in Pega BLOB database case structure
- Good Excel knowledge for analytics/reporting/presentation
- Experience in Claims workflow processing
