Job Description:- Job Title: Project Manager Location: Allen TX (Locals Only) Duration: Long Term Contract Client is a leading provider of platforms, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and end-to-end IT & Business services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. Responsibilties: Program Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple consulting engagements successfully within the defined budget and schedule. He is also responsible for interacting with all the key stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other teams) to drive Cloud-based product implementation for Client customer's end clients. Identify cross-functional dependencies and work with respective functional owners Attend client review meetings and governance meetings Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues Monitor service delivery quality and assist in continuous improvements of delivery processes and quality. Collaborating with Customer and their end clients to solve business-critical problems. Work closely with Business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Senior Business Analysts, and other client stakeholders. Project Tracking/Reporting - creation and maintenance of JIRA Release Dashboards (both application-level & across all of DT) which include: Project Scope/features Test Progress Project Progress/Readiness Project Risks Project Planning/Monitoring Host Daily/weekly Release Meetings status and risk mitigation for upcoming project events Lead and Coordinates Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists. Negotiates and coordinates across teams/trains for project Dependencies Client co-ordination and support Should be technically involved and be able to talk to the client in technical terms Experience in Financial institutions or e-commerce companies Requirements : Strong in technology/service delivery experience Strong experience in managing projects in a client-facing role Experience in managing key customer stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other teams) to drive Cloud-based product implementation Strong Communication and excellent structural thinking to manage situations Exposure to delivering the projects using an Agile/Agile Scrum methodology Any leading Project Management certification like PMP, CSM, Prince2 Experience in budgeting and resource allocations/estimations Experience in change management & different project management methodologies Significant experience presenting in front of groups and to high-level executives Proven track record of building solid relationships with customers at all levels Excellent understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively Cloud product implementation knowledge is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to determine dependencies, risks and facilitate planning Exhibit judgment in establishing priorities. Accountable for timely and quality deliverables during all phases of the project Excellent Oral and Written communication skills with the ability to represent and be the face of Client both with internal and external stakeholders Establish and maintain good relations with all interfacing groups and individuals. Maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics in the team. Champion a 'continuous improvement' approach. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software-related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience with strong working knowledge on banking and financial IT projects for at least 3 years.
