RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is searching for a Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer to join a leading fintech provider of technology solutions and payment processing in Allen, TX. In this role, the Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer can work remotely or onsite in Houston TX, Brentwood TN, Lenexa KS, Louisville KY, Northville MI, to name a few.
Overview:This is a dynamic, agile software delivery team that provides an enterprise-level integration platform and contributes to a mission-critical set of applications. The ideal Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer will need to be a technology leader who can take defined requirements and deliver a solution through acceptance while collaborating with all software delivery disciplines on the team. Responsibilities: Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution Performs system analysis and programming activities which may require extensive research and analysis Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application Provides both individual and budget-level tasks and product effort estimates/costs Ensures timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production, both at an individual and team level Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices The Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards; Participates in the definition and documentation of standards Collaboratively works with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products Collaboratively works with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects Performs release validation testing and beta support for projectsREQUIREMENTS: Must have 6 years of experience with Microsoft .NET/C# development Must have 2 years of experience with web services (e.g. SOAP, XML, REST, and/or JSON) Must have 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases Must have experience with a version control system such as TFS source control or GIT Must be able to travel up to 10% for team meetings Experience with .NET Core Experience in Agile SDLC environments Experience implementing, supporting, or architecting Identity Management solutions using OpenID Connect/Auth 2.0.
