I am working with one of my best customers at the moment who are in the midst of a digital transformation effort and as part of that are looking to enhance their development team. They're looking to add two developers with a comprehensive background in Full Stack development would be key, including C# and Javascript. They would also love AWS but open to Azure too.

They are a fantastic company with a big focus on employee engagement and culture - I have placed several people there in the last 12 months so know that people really enjoy working there and the VP of Development is awesome. They're looking for candidates who are relatively local to their office which is between Plano and Allen. You'll be fully remote until at least the new year, and after that they'd look for a hybrid schedule, which looks like around 8 days onsite a month. If you're able to commit to that schedule within the state of Texas then they would also be open that arrangement.

They've budgeted $100,000-$140,000 for this depending on experience benchmarked against the current team - there is flex for the right candidate if need be. They also offer a bonus and have some excellent benefits.
