The Recruiter is accountable for achieving direct hire and temp-to-hire sales targets through the following activities: plans and implements consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing for administrative positions on a direct hire basis. Candidate activities include recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs and closing bookings. Recruiting for candidates and clients includes significant involvement in community organizations and events and maintaining an effective referral program. The Recruiter conducts assessment interviews including behavioral interviews, technical skill testing and orientation. Recruiter is accountable for ongoing professional development including market knowledge about issues that impact administrative staffing, technology advancements and self-development of sales and recruiting skills. Client activities include client research, development, and new account or retention sales calls, obtaining bookings, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place administrative candidates.

- Perform reference-checking procedures on all candidates to confirm past performance, recruit new candidates sand prospect for new bookings.

- Attain consistent balanced activity in all areas defined by the Activity Metrics.

- Establish focused business development and recruiting plans.

- Reviews media and weekly ads to identify trends and prospects.

- Maintain and document candidate communication.

- Perform best candidate marketing activities.

- Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations.

- Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction and marketing objectives.

- Input and update information in system.

- Provide clients with current salary range information.

- Follow-up on all existing business to insure retention, quality control and development of new business.

- Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates.

- Maintain job postings on internet sites and research client/prospect companies.

- Active participation in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database.

- Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.

- Public speaking at selected meetings.

- Maintain up-to-date collections on all clients.
