Tejas Premium Meats is a custom beef harvesting plant where traditional beef slaughter is combined with advanced technology, which also includes a further fabrication and processing facility. The custom process begins with humane animal management and care. All animals are unloaded and held in an environment based on a design by Temple Grandin. Grandins holding pen designs are highly respected worldwide for providing a lower stress environment for the animal. Our process is customized from the pen to the box, based specifically on our customers breed, care, cut and packaging needs. Our facility has been designed for maximum efficiency. We prepare products for delivery around the world. We are fortunate that business is so good, it has put us in a position to need more employees than we currently have.
