Mobile home park has an opening for a working maintenance, the employee filling this position is both a supervisor AND a working maintenance technician, completing work orders and site repairs alongside the other contract labor.
Qualifications include the following:
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and supervise their daily work load.
Exhibit strong organizational and people skills, and be personable to residents, vendors, contractors, and staff.
Works within budget to estimate costs and schedule all maintenance repairs. Makes purchasing recommendations to the owner.
Work without direct supervision.
Provide for the completion of all daily work order assignments in a timely and proficient manner.
Work orders may include, but are not limited to, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking and appliance repair.
Conduct unit inspections of vacant units, annual unit inspection, and other inspections, as needed, and prepare work orders for remediation.
Understand and learn the community's electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
3 - 5 years of maintenance work
Competitive pay, after probation time housing may be offered
