General Purpose:
Responsible for proper control of rental accounts to insure that payments are received on time. Responsible for proper and timely deliveries, relocation, service calls and pick up of merchandise. Has thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise and customer relations. Expeditiously handles past due customers. Conveys information to customers and maintains a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers and management.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of operational programs and standards.
Maintains renewed accounts to 93% or above on the assigned route.
Responsible for delivery, pick-up, relocation and service calls on rented merchandise.
Collects monies on delivery of merchandise and provides security of it in the field.
Maintains customer's units by making minor repairs when necessary or if major repair is needed. makes sure unit is scheduled for repair at service department.
Answers the phone by the 3rd ring in a pleasant and professional manner.
Carefully checks rental returns and promptly refurbishes to "like new" condition.
Serves our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Must have one year experience in a job requiring customer contact.
Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
Rate of Pay: $9 - $11 D.O.E.
