FIMC Canyon Properties is hiring a reliable MAKE-READY technician to help make ready units at 6 complexes in the Canyon area for IMMEDIATE START
Job duties include but are not limited to;
Interior Paint-Full paint and touch up
Drywall repair when needed
Maintenance of major household appliances such as, refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher
The maintenance technician is responsible for working with office and maintenance team to make sure vacant apartments are 'made ready' for move in of new tenants. They would make sure all appliances and fixtures are in working order and apartment is ready for move in.
