JOB PURPOSE
Maintain and repair company equipment used to service Enterprise customers.

Ensure prompt and accurate results of equipment maintenance by:
Completing needed light maintenance in a timely manner.
Diagnosing problems quickly and efficiently.
Performing comprehensive visual inspections.
Utilizing safe practices in the work place.
Maintaining a high level of detail for all tasks.
Assist in maintaining facility operations by:
Maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
Promoting safe practices throughout facility.
Ensuring all tools and machines are accounted for.
Keeping buildings and facilities clean and in working order.
Contribute to the overall goals and success of the company by:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
6 months in the motor carrier maintenance industry
Knowledge of class 8 trucks and trailers
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
Must be familiar with DOT requirements for Motor Vehicle Safety compliance
Must be able to speak and read English
High School Diploma or GED
Basic geographic understanding of the areas of operations
Minimum computer skills are required
Current CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsementsÂpreferredÂbut not required.
Experience with maintaining inventory and vehicle maintenance records preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Physical activities include but are not limited to sitting, walking, standing, speaking in person and on the phone, typing, filing, and counting
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pound of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading and visual inspection.
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions with no effective protection from the weather and may be subject to both extreme heat and extreme cold.
