Rocking T Trucking is looking for Owner Operators and company drivers.
Company drivers make .49 - .52 CPM depending on customer. That's right, we have more than one customer. This means you don't have to worry about the freight slowing down or sitting and waiting for work to come your way! We have more freight than we can haul.
We run NEW and late model equipment including NEW 2019 Trucks and Refrigerated trailers arriving Daily. If something needs fixed, we fix it or make sure it gets fixed for you! Our company trucks have APU's and refrigerators. If you need anything for your truck, our onsite shop will make it happen.
O/O's make up to 1.85 per mile. YES, 1.85 PER MILE ALL MILES, No fees!
No more percentage of Percentage of what? 90% of $10.00 is less than 10% of $100.00. Stop driving for a company that says, "we pay 85-90%". Do the math, we pay more per mile than anyone else in Amarillo. No touch means NO TOUCH with us We GIVE you the fuel card with discounts. We don't charge the discount back or take any hidden fees. We have dedicated lanes available for O/O that will have you home weekly. Out and back to Amarillo. Home from there. Make over $5K per week on these dedicated runs
Owner Operators can make over $200,000 a year!
Company drivers AVG over $63,000.00 a year!
All drivers receive Detention, Lay Over, and Extra Stop pay on top of the mileage pay.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 23 years of age.
2. 2 years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience in a Class A vehicle.
3. Must be able to account for all employed and unemployed periods for the previous 10 yrs.
4. Must be medically qualified as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
5. Speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
6. Must submit to a controlled substance testing resulting in a "Negative" test result.
7. Must have a current Class A CDL issued from the state of your residence
8. Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record which indicates:
No more than 3 moving violations combined in the past 3 yrs. on MVR/PSP
No "serious" violations in the past 3 yrs. as listed on the MVR/PSP. Excessive speed 15 over; improper / erratic lane change; following too close; violation in connection with fatality; driving CMV without CDL or proper class of CDL; violation for distracted driving in a CMV.
No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years on MVR/PSP
No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years as listed on PSP; MVR and/or application
No serious preventable or DOT recordable crashes in the past 3 years as listed on PSP/MVR and/or application. Serious crashes include: at fault rear-end collision; rollover; Jackknife; head on collision; etc.
No DWIs, drug/alcohol convictions in the past 5 yrs.
9. No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months
10. Must have working cell phone.
11. Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
