We would love to talk to you about this fantastic opportunityTheHouse Staff Coordinator responsible for assisting the Vice President of Strategic Development in coordinating all clerical aspects of student rotations, internship, residency, and fellowship training programs. Position interacts at all levels with the medical staff office, human resources and hospital personnel; and functions in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.TheHouse Staff Coordinatorwill continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues includinglong range planning, recruiting trainees, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, maintaining databases, communicating with faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues, and managing internal and external program relations.Education:
Bachelor’sDegree (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in either a healthcare setting (preferably in Graduate Medical Education i.e. Residency Coordinator) or in some field of education, (i.e. teacher/educator) preferred.
