Overview

The Salesforce Analyst II will serve as a partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define, prioritize and document requirements for solutions to address business opportunities. This person must demonstrate a strong ability to create business requirement documents, lead business requirement gathering sessions, and create QA test scripts. This person must be skilled in delivering solutions using declarative configuration to create validation rules, workflows, process builders, as well as have a high level understanding of the technical requirements and functionality. The scope of work for this individual facilitates all stages of a project, from requirements gathering through testing and training.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and project manager, and assist with the creation of project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders and partners by displaying industry knowledge and expertise in the Salesforcecom platform
  • Analyze current business processes, and champion the Salesforce team's proven ability to provide business process solutions that increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain various detailed records, documentation, and reports in order to provide information for summaries, presentations, and ad hoc reports
  • Create functional business requirement documents
  • Participate in business requirements and technical requirements meetings
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of data and information resources
  • Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality using this knowledge to provide recommendations for process improvements, and update end users
  • Assess training needs, create and maintain training materials and user documentation as well as provide user training
  • Act as a mentor to the Operations Analyst I and Operations Specialist
  • Incorporate and account for dependencies in new project requirements that may impact other existing business processes or IT systems
  • Strong experience in user interface configuration, data transfer and cleansing via APEX Data Loader and/or SFDC Import Wizard
  • Submit weekly status reports to management and other interested parties displaying highlights, issues, project progress, concerns, etc
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • Strong working knowledge of GM Financial contract funding
  • Strong working knowledge of underwriting and contract funding processes, policies, and guidelines
  • User knowledge of underwriting and contract funding
  • Knowledge of account management systems, primarily Provenir and CPW
  • Advanced SFDC knowledge and hands on creation experience with objects, fields, workflow rules, process builder, SFDC Clouds
  • Strong working knowledge of effective fraud investigation/verification processes, tools, and resources
  • Knowledge of Lexis Nexis, Instant ID, Challenge Questions, SSA-89 Forms, 4506-T Forms and PACER
  • Strong working knowledge OFAC Report and Credit Bureau reporting
  • Understanding of effective detection, investigation, and resolution of consumer fraud-related matters
  • Advanced knowledge of communications principles and practices
  • Must understand and embrace the principles of GM Financial
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Strong working knowledge of retail and lease origination and funding systems
  • Must have a good understanding of Dealer Service's operations
  • Understanding of systems that covers GM Financials entire branch and funding operations
  • Strong working knowledge of reporting systems and languages to include SQL and SAS

Skills

  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience required

Experience

  • 2-4 years of advanced experience working in the SFDC CRM platform required

Licenses

  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator required
