Full-time bookkeeper
Ideal Candidate with the following experience:
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Bank Account & Credit Card Reconciliations
Monthly Financial Reporting & Cash Flow Management
Journal Entries for General Ledger
Data Retrieval for Tax Preparation
Miscellaneous Reporting & Special Projects
Develop/Improve Accounting & Reporting Practices (assist with Month End Close
Familiarity with Quickbooks or other similar accounting software
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Experience processing A/P & A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
General knowledge of accounting and financial statements
Would like software exposure in either SAP, Oracle, Sales Force or NetSuite
Go getter and works well within a team and can excel independently as well. Initiative driven.
Comp is 45k-55k ($22-$26 per hour) Compensation is dependent on experience!
