We are a small, fast-paced rapidly expanding CPA firm in downtown Round Rock, Texas seeking experienced Tax preparers to join our growing team. Competitive salary, benefits and bonus program offered to the right candidates.
Candidate will use their knowledge and accounting experience to recognize and resolve client issues. This candidate should be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and take full ownership of their work.
Qualified candidates will:
prepare a wide-array of tax returns including individual, trust, partnership, gift, corporate and non-profit.
analyze and adjust client’s financial statements as needed for tax preparation.
handle client questions on a daily basis through email, phone calls and face-to-face communication.
research various tax issues as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three or more years of income tax preparation
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word, and Tax software, preferably Pro-Series
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred but not required:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field
Licensed CPA or CPA candidate
