Our client, Innovative Water Solutions has an immediate opening for a Office Manager in North Central Austin. This position is full-time onsite position.

Overview:

Support organizational effectiveness and efficiency by managing the office operations and procedures, customer inquiries, financial data and transactions, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides project bookkeeping support by updating expenditures by job, weekly labor by job, and project P&L reports

Work with a great team in a causal but professional work environment

General office management

Bookkeeping; journal entries, accounts receivable, payable, collections and related activates

Payroll management and assist with Human Resources functions

Ensures timely and accurate payment of employee paychecks, invoices due, and vendor payments

Event planning

Help manage and process customer inquiries

Coordinate meeting schedules for sales staff

Help project and report company P&L reports

Greet employees, visitors/guests in person, by telephone, or by email for the purpose of providing information, screening and qualifying customers, taking messages and/or directing to the appropriate personnel, while managing information deemed confidential.

Help return customer inquiries

Run errands as needed for office and financial operations

Help manage employee appreciation and benefit programs by planning office fun and morale boosting events, treats, and other ideas

Monitor customer referral program and send out thank-you notes and gifts to referrers

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, customer project, and other data

Channel customer complaints or issues to the appropriate staff member

Compensation:

This position offers a flexible work schedule, a positive and casual work environment and starting base salary with long-term room for growth of $35,000 to $40,000 DOE. This position also works with a wonderful team of professionals in a family style environment.
