Seeking an experienced supervisor for a full-service car wash in Kyle, Texas. Must be able to work full time including weekends.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Direct and monitor workflow (including car wash tunnel flow management) to maintain optimal production levels
Perform quality control to ensure timely delivery of an exceptional end product aligned with quality standards, resulting in customer satisfaction
Anticipate and actively listen to customer needs and advise on services that best meet needs
Facilitate prompt and positive resolution of customer issues and/or concerns
Supervise team members’ performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement
Provide ongoing employee training and development
Participate in team members’ performance reviews
Provide accurate, specific, ongoing feedback to team members and management
Model professional behavior in accordance with company policies and values
Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to team members
Execute site inspections for cleanliness and safety
Ensure equipment and machines are in working order and vending items are fully stocked
Assist in the maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and maintaining accurate service records
Carry out opening and closing procedures including reconciling cash at end of shift
Assist in site safety and government regulatory compliance
Qualifications and Requirements:
One year customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role in a service industry
Demonstrated leadership competencies
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in equipment maintenance and repair
Basic knowledge of computer software systems including word processing and POS software
Outstanding verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team orientation with the ability to foster unity and create a positive work environment
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Bilingual preferred but not required
