We are currently seeking to hire another team member to help us in our staffing company service department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit job candidates, review resumes, administer skill evaluation, perform background checks,
conduct orientations and hire qualified people to meet our client staffing needs
Input employee and client data into company tracking software; update daily as needed
Fill job orders from clients by matching applicant skills to job order
Gather timesheets, prepare and assist with payroll process
Meet with customers for business tours, information gathering and temporary employee management
Develop additional business through customer service calls
Assists with related projects in the service department
Performs other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
High sense of urgency to process job orders and applicants in timely matter
Deadline oriented with acute attention to detail
Self-motivated and work independently with limited supervision
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, workflow, and be highly organized
Good judgement with aptitude to make timely and sound decisions
Nimble thinker, Flexible, versatile & willingness to work with enthusiasm in fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and MS Outlook
Articulate and well-spoken with excellent written communication skills
Fluent speaking Spanish preferred, but not required
3+ years successful experience working in staffing service department; equivalent customer service
experience will be considered
Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business helpful, but not necessary.
