Change Manager - Training and Communications experience in the US Job Details: Job Title: Change Manager - Training and Communications Duration: 4+ Months Contract with potential to Extend Client Location: Remote Description: Key responsibilities:Design engaging, informative, and compelling courses, keeping the end user in mind via Evolve authoring tool.Create supporting visual material/media (graphics, video, simulations, games etc)Develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in an effort to collaborate on skill gaps and learning priorities Strong partnerships with PMs and PDs, VOC, Design, Markets, GCX, Learning platform partnersCollaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate their knowledge into comprehensive learning solutions, including the definition of learning objectives, content flow, activities, and knowledge checks.Lead course development for feature updates; regularly assess and update learning materials, ensuring that they are consistent, up-to-date and in line with products releases and larger learning initiativesDecide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop comprehensive measurement strategies to assess content effectiveness and impactEnsure and maintain a consistent learner experience and branding for both on-and off-platform learning initiativesCommunicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form and deliver engaging presentations to business leadersBasic Qualifications:BA in Instructional Design, marketing, media or related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in elearning authoring tool Evolve and at least one learning management system (Exceed, Thought Industries, Intellum, etc.)Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboardAbility/willingness to learn complex, sometimes technical, concepts quickly and translate them into simple and intuitive courses, video tutorials and guidesExperience evaluating the educational quality of training and providing executional feedbackExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsExperience in Advertising, B2B, B2C or E-Commerce contextNative English speaker with excellent grammarSelf-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, remain focused, and still hit deadlines amidst frequently changing requirementsComfort asking questions and tracking down answersStrong attention to detailVacancy expired!
