- Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering, Planning or Landscape Architecture
- Prior experience managing and leading large teams
- Consulting experience would be an added bonus
- Business Development experience, specifically in Austin Texas
- 10+ years of Civil Engineering, Planning or Landscape Architecture experience
- 10+ years of hands on design experience
- Ability to travel when deemed necessary and also safe
- Capable of engaging staff and leading
