A sports analytics company is leveraging their 20 years of data collection to create a brand new web-based product line to tap into the sports-betting market. To support this endeavor, they're building a team and hiring a mid-senior Front End Engineer to work 100% remote. This new Front End Engineer will get to help the lead developer work on the User Interface, assist with technical decisions and build brand new products. You will also get to work with the engineering manager and back end developers to continue to build out more features. This is a full time, 100% remote position with your manager and lead based in Austin, TX. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional front end developer experience
- Cross-browser compatibility and consider client-side performance
- JavaScript is your bread and butter
- TypeScript
- Vue.js is your thing, but you might also know some React.js or Angular 2+
- Next.js, Node, Express are welcome
- GraphQL, RESTful API's
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Interest in sports analytics and the sports betting industry
- 100% JavaScript, Vue.js, Front end coding
- 100% hands on, collaborating with team, working on new products and features
