- Develop new features, reverse engineering, and resolve current issues
- Work collaboratively to continuously consolidate our codebase and update our legacy code to meet our current policies
- Ability to explore all aspects of development, or specialize in one of several areas, such as:
- Front-end development including WPF and MVVM.
- Working with video decoding, encoding, and analysis technologies.
- .NET and related technologies/practices
- WPF and/or the MVVM pattern
- Unit testing, use of tools like ReSharper (or similar) for testing/refactoring
- Agile development environments
- Experience participating in the entire application lifecycle, with a specific emphasis on documentation, testing, coding, and debugging
- Ability to think outside of the box to solve unique technical problems that will require a natural curiosity and investigative skills
