Texas, Austin, 78716 Austin USA

Vacancy expired!

Introduction The operational models built to support static, on-premise systems are increasingly under strain by the proliferation of cloud technologies that introduce many challenges relating to scale and complexity. Businesses of all shapes and sizes recognize that the way they observe and react to their workloads in the new cloud paradigm requires a unique perspective supported by modern habits and techniques necessary to affect that change.

To support the needs of our clients, we're seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineers who have lived the transformation process, understand the tenets of SRE, and have the skills necessary to teach and mentor using a co-creation model. Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the unique opportunity to work with IBM's largest clients to demonstrate the habits, methods and tools that make critical systems more resilient, automated, and self-healing.

Working in an innovative and highly effective co-create model, you will provide solutions and guidance on a wide range of topics. Operational Readiness, ChatOps, Day 2 Operations, AI for IT Operations, and Build to Manage are a sampling of the operations management topics that we address for our clients as they evolve their operations teams into a modern DevOps/SRE model.

AI is critical to the future of IT Operations, and IBM has an industry leading solution that drastically improves Incident and Problem identification. You will be hands on and a trailblazer in this fast growing and highly impactful new market segment.
