  • 10+ years of experience in defining, architecting and building software-based IT solutions, focusing on .Net and SQL.
  • 5+ years of experience in development and support of Relational Databases, SQL programming, and .Net development to build web applications and services.
  • Proven experience with web technologies such as .Net Core, MVC, Angular, Node.js, and Bootstrap.
  • Exposure to any of the Big Data technologies - MapReduce, NoSQL, Scala, etc.
  • Proficiency working in a Windows-based environment, including powershell scripting and basic system administration.
We'd Love To See:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience in a technical IT environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development methodology with a focus on negotiating and influencing product organizations to drive security into products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills that create effective cross team collaboration.
  • Strong technical background in software development with a distinguished track record of implementing technically demanding projects.
Impact You'll Make:
  • Directly lead, manage, coach and mentor software developers towards delivering timely, high quality software.
  • Own the efficiency, growth, and delivery of a team, making sure the team is highly productive and achieving short term and long term objectives.
  • In collaboration with your peers, own and continuously refine the processes and communication strategies your team uses to build and support products.
  • Partner with a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Lead Developers to ensure that the roadmap is realistic, understood and delivered to.
  • Build a deep understanding of how our products work and are built. Besides being expected to code often, you will need to regularly code review other people's work, and be able to fully grasp code and architecture concerns.
