- At least a year of experience selling SaaS solutions
- Strong relationship building abilities; ability to interface with individuals at the C-Level
- Up-Sell and Cross-Sell into existing customer base
- Obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges and goals to grow revenue from existing customers by selling additional solutions, or by prospecting into new departments.
- Handle renewals & negotiations for customers within your book of business
- Drive and Ensure the timely renewal communication and closure
- Develop strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently oversee your customers
- Identify & build relationships with Economic Buyers
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product Management and Research, to ensure we're aligned on strategy and driving the best outcome on behalf of our customers
- 2+ years of client facing, account management, or sales experience in Enterprise Software and Renewal
- 4 Year Degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies
- Sales experience with complex value propositions and dealing with multiple customer stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
- Technically adept, understanding of software and how businesses use software
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system, Asana, and ChurnZero
